Gods Time Table For The History Of Man..........

Gods Time Table For The History Of Man

When God created the Heavens and the Earth, He also created Time. One evening and one morning for each day of creation. This is how we know that each day of creation was 24 hours and not a longer period of time.

On the first day God created the heaven and the earth.

On the second day He divided the waters and made the firmament. Gen. 1:6-8

On the third day, He created plant life and this is significant. Gen. 1:12-13

On the fourth day, He created the lesser light (moon) and stars to rule the night, and the greater light to rule the day (Sun). Gen. 1:14-19

On the Fifth day - birds and fish. Gen. 1:20-23

On the  Sixth day - more creatures and Man (six is the number of man - one short of complete). Gen. 1:24-28

On the Seventh day - He rested (seven is the number for completion). Why did He rest? Was He tired? Or better yet, why did He take six days? God does not waste Scripture so there must be a clue here.

Remember you first take all of this literally. This is so a child or a brand new believer can receive from the Word. This is the milk of Scripture. But when you are ready for some meat, you look for the the deeper meaning they represent.

"For a day in your courts is better than a thousand."

                                                                  Psalm 84:10

"But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."

                                                                                                                                                                                      2 Pet 3:8

The biblical story of creation, of six literal days is a clear picture of man's time on earth (6,000 years) to be followed by 1,000 years, the day God rested , foreshadows the last thousand years thatd will be His as well, for mankind to live as God intended,(Revelation 20:4-6)  in the Millennial Kingdom promised to Abraham 4,000 years ago.

Remember, six is the number of man - one short of complete and seven is the number for completion. 6000 years of history and then a thousand years of the Millennial Kingdom. Foreshadowed and confirmed by the Word of God.

Hosea 6:2 says He'll return in 2 (2000 years) days. It also says after a thousand years, the millennial reign, we go up to live with him forever.

After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

Hosea 6:2

But in order for all this to happen, evil has to be destroyed first. This time is called Jacob's Trouble or the TRIBULATION.

Here is another very interesting revelation from the scriptures. Just as the Sun was created in the fourth day, it was a picture of Jesus being born after 4000 years of history had passed and so He was.

But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

Malachi 4:2

Notice how "Sun is spelled?

Just as the Sun was created in the fourth day, it was a picture of Jesus being born at the close of 4000 years.

   Other scriptures to confirm:

(Psalm 84:11) "For the Lord God is a Sun and a Shield".

(Isaiah 60:19&20 and Revelation 21:23) says the Sun no longer needed in the New Jerusalem, the Lord will be your light.

Again notice how "Sun is spelled?

So... man was created on the sixth day and this is a picture of the time span from the beginning of time to the rapture and is 6,000 years. God's mercy and grace have allowed for a few more years to suit His Divine purposes, but we are clearly in the final moments of human history.

God has been patient and merciful to the human race for almost 6,000 years since we first sinned. Yet we continue to become more sinful and more rebellious. We are very near the time when the wrath of God will be poured out on all of us who refuse to repent and worship Him.

"But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase."

                                                    Dan 12:4

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."

                                                                   Hosea 4:6

In these last days these things are clearly being unsealed and made clear by Almighty God so His people are not destroyed.

Only God knows for sure but true students of God's Word and prophecy can and do have a certainty about these last days and what is about to happen in these, the last moments of history.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

                            2 Timothy 2:15

"Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled."

            Matthew 24:32-34

Psalm 90:10 states,

The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

So according to the bible a modern generation is between 70-80 years, and we are in the final years of this last generation.

According to the bible, we are the last generation and we are in the last days of that generation.

This generation is being blessed with more knowledge than any other generation just as almighty God intended and still the church is silent.

What this generation needs to hear most was of course best said by Jesus:

"He [Jesus] answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?"

                                                                                                                                          Matthew 16:2-3

Many of us are used to living halfway to God. We profess to worship Him but we only do it half-heartedly. Our affections are partly with the world and partly with God. The time is upon us when we must make a whole-hearted decision one way or the other. Our affections can no longer be divided. God desires our whole heart in these last days.

The church and believers should be committed to God's will and God's end time plan, to praying as Jesus instructed: "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done"

Christians should not be trying to revive and resuscitate the failing institutions of our temporal world, they should not be building kingdoms here, they should be looking for and building the very near and coming Kingdom of Almighty God.
